Special Instructions: Please bring your own yoga mat & yoga strap.
If you do not have a yoga mat or yoga strap, please bring two beach towels & 6’ rope/
big belt. Dress in comfortable work clothing.
Workshop Details:Using Meridian Stretching to help enhance
the benefits of Master Cleanse: During the 10 day cleanse, I will lead
you through a series of Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training
(RFST) stretches that will target various meridian lines to help promote:
detoxification of your body (getting rid of toxins), relieve stress, self-control,
increase energy, over all health, healing, strength…. It’s
also great for someone who wants to: get rid of those ‘aces & pains,’ eliminate
tension/stress in your body, improve their posture and increase your flexibility.
The class is geared for all physical ability and ages. The class will
teach you how to properly do each of the RFST.
Instructor: Bjørn is a Certified Meridian Stretching-Resistance
Flexibility & Strength Trainer and is part of The Meridian Strengthening
and Stretching Elite Team. He has been practicing Meridian Strengthening
and Stretching and putting on workshops for the past 5 years. He is the
Flexibility Coach for the Argo Swim team (Allentown, PA). Some of the
individuals that Bjørn works with are Dancers from the San Francisco
Ballet, San Francisco and Madison triathletes & marathon runners,
Andrew Mogrelia (Conductor of The San Francisco Conservatory of Music)
and members from his orchestra. In addition: I am also available for private
Meridian Stretching-Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training Session.
