Class Details: The class is geared for all physical ability and ages.
You will learn, to stretch a muscle, you will need to strengthen and
contract a muscles.

Instructor: Bjørn is a Certified Meridian Strengthening and
Stretching Flexibility Trainer and is part of The Meridian Strengthening
and Stretching Elite Team. He has been practicing Meridian Strengthening
and Stretching and putting on workshops for the past 4 years. He is
the Flexibility Coach for the Argo Swim team (Allentown, PA). Some
of the individuals that Bjørn works with are Dancers from the
San Francisco Ballet, San Francisco and Madison triathletes & marathon
runners, Andrew Mogrelia (Conductor of The San Francisco Conservatory
of Music) and members from his orchestra. In addition: I am also available
for private Meridian Strengthening and Stretching Training Session.
